· Determines basic directions of domestic and foreign policy of the state

a) The government of the Kyrgyz Republic is the supreme body of an executive power of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It conducts the activity of the ministries, agencies and local state administrations.
It hears the reports of the heads of the ministries and agencies, and of the heads of the local state administrations.
